NANOTECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATIONS IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES
Main Article Content
Abstract
Nanorobotics is a subdiscipline of nanotechnology that deals with the design, programming, manufacturing and control of nanorobots. Nanorobotics is a rapidly growing, multidisciplinary field focused on the design and use of devices at the molecular level. The main function of microbivore is to absorb and digest the pathogens in the blood stream by the process of phagocytosis. Review indicates that in many septicaemic organisms, the available treatment is frequently time consuming and requires quite a lot of the medicine, which often fails to completely eradicate the pathogen or just growth arrest it. Ultrasound-powered nanowire motors have been developed based on a nanoporous gold segment and showed that the nanoporous gold structure can facilitate the Near-Infrared (NIR)-light-controlled drug release through photothermal effects.
